  I'm playing with guitarist Eric Couture-Tellmosse's group ECT5 in a concert composed of mostly Eric's original tunes, along with a couple of standards. The band is composed of Eric on guitar, Paul Vandike on bass, Eric Dew on the drums, myself on alto, and the incomparable Anna Webber on tenor sax.

  I'm the featured guest in this installment of Alex Bellegarde's weekly jam sessions at the Nyk's Pub & Grill. The first set will feature some original compositions and seldom-played standards, after which musicians will be invited to join the jam.

  We'll be playing a mix of originals and classic groovin' organ standards from the rock, blues, and jazz idioms, including some great traditional "Brother" Jack McDuff arrangements. This may be our last concert ever, so come on out to what may be your last chance ever to hear this band play. This is the band that I always recommend to people as a great "intro to jazz" as we play soulful, funky, accessible music, for the people!
